By the end of the workouts you should be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight and should be able to perform compound movements from the floor to overhead, using a variety of grip and bar sizes. The first week is based around leg presses, deadlifts, overhead pressing and a heavy leg pressing session that should be performed 3x per leg. Week 2 will consist of upper body exercises on the legs. Week 3 will feature the upper body exercises. Week 4 will be leg work, using the same exercises as the previous week. Week 5 will feature back work in the form of squats and deadlifts. Week 6 feature back work on the legs, using leg press variations. This makes the program a perfect balance, for those wanting to lose body fat, while still maintaining strength and muscle. This 6 week workout works by providing a large amount of compound movements. It will keep your body in a very relaxed, explosive and productive state, allowing you to hit the gym and see your results. It is important to note that this is not an 8 week workout. After the first 2 weeks, each week will be geared towards building muscle instead of losing it. The following two exercises will be performed by the front squat.
